We’re so excited to invite you to our Saturday Reset Series: A Wellness Event for Black and Brown Women+ on May 31st from 2-4:30 PM. 🧘🏾♀️ Join us for a relaxing and healing experience that includes a calming sound bath session, small peer group discussions, and care packages filled with hygiene and comfort essentials. Plus, we’ll take the time to explore how climate disasters might be impacting your mental health and well-being. This event offers a safe space for you to process, heal, and build resilience alongside other women who share similar experiences. Light refreshments will be served! 🍵
While the event is valued at $250 per person, we’re offering it FREE to our community members. We understand that cost can be a barrier to accessing care. To confirm your spot, we ask for a refundable $5 deposit, which will be returned to you on the day of the event. Want…
