We’re excited to invite you to the first Saturday Reset Series: A Wellness Event for Black and Brown Women+ on April 19th from 1-3:30 PM. 🧘🏾♀️ Join us for a relaxing and healing experience that includes a calming sound bath session, a facilitated group discussion with a licensed therapist, and care packages filled with hygiene and comfort essentials. Plus, we’ll take the time to explore how climate disasters might be impacting your mental health and well-being. This event offers a safe space for you to process, heal, and build resilience alongside other women who share similar experiences. Light refreshments will be served! 🍵
